PUSH – PULL SYSTEM

• PUSH – PULL system is used, when it is not possible to collect fume, smoke and dust particles with at – source extraction ( i.e. with extraction arms or with classical fixed hoods.)
• PUSH – PULL system is preffered especially for production halls, where the ceiling height H < 6 ÷7 m.
• The extraction of the dirty air is done via duct system, assembled at a height of 4÷5 m. The dirty air is filtered and pushed back into the workshop.
• It is important to locate “the dirty air pulling duct” and “the clean air pushing duct” reciprocal to each other. So that an effective air stream and a contiuous filtration is obtained.
• Easy to install and low duct cost.
• K – model filter units are used in PUSH – PULL system.

VORTEX SYSTEM

• The cheapest filtration / ventilation system for production halls.
• Zero ducting cost.
• K – model filter units are used in VORTEX system.
• Filter units are located in such a position that, they create a vortex air stream between each other. The filtered clean air, that leaves one filter unit, flows to the next filter unit, while capturing fume and smoke lingering between the filter units. So the filtration is carried out.

LAYER VENTILATION SYSTEM



• Layer ventilation system is used when Push – Pull system is not possible to apply.
• Good solution for production halls, where ceiling height H > 6÷7 m.
• The extraction of dirty air is done with duct system. Thermal rising of the warm welding fume and smoke is an important parameter at the Layer Ventilation.
• The filtered clean air is distributed back into the production hall via special air – diffusers.
• An atmosphere with clean air is created on the production floor up to a height of 2-2,5m, where all the operators are working.
• An optional cooling control is available, for welding shops where a high heat load is created by many welders.
• K – model filter units are used in Layer Ventilation systems.

WELDING WORK CELLS


• Welding work cells are specially designed to extract and filter fume, smoke and dust particles that are generated during manual welding of large ang complex parts which have numerous different welding points.
• Welding work cells extract and filter contaminated air without restricting welder’s movements and constant need of relocating local extraction hoods.
• With modular design, welding working cells adapt various extraction needs easily.
• Welding working cells do not require hoods or tubing.
• Welding working cells are ready to operate with filters, fan and automatic filter jet – pulse cleaning system (plug – and – play).
• The precoating unit feeds automatically VANGUARD precoating dust which protects filter elements and extends their lifetime, especially during welding of oily parts.
• % 99,9 separation degree acc. to EN 60335 – 2 – 69.
