K- Welding Filter Units
• K – filter units are designed specially to filter welding fumes and particles.
• ∆P controlled automatic jet – pulse cleaning for filter elements.
• % 99,9 separation degree acc. to EN 60335 – 2 – 69.
• The precoating unit feeds automatically VANGUARD precoating dust to the dirty air inlet. This precoating protects filter elements and extends their lifetime, especially during welding of oily parts.
• Energy saving is possible by choosing frequency inverter option.
Extraction Arms
• Economic and simple arm for filtration and ventilation of welding shops.
• The flexible hose, made of polyurethane, is flame retardant acc. to DIN 4102 – B1, which is very important for welding work safety.
• Hood made of aluminium. High capturing efficiency with its unique flange shape.
• The extraction arms have two models. One model for mounting on the wall, another model for assembling on a bench.
Extension Cranes
• Extension cranes are used with extraction arms.
• Extension cranes lengthen the extraction range of the arms.
• The flexible hose on the crane is made of polyurethane and flame retardant acc. to DIN 4102 – B1, which is very important for welding work safety.
