Work Benches (KTM)
• Two solutions are combined in one product: Filtration unit + work bench.
• It saves floor space in the production hall with its compact design.
• Two stage filtration : Metal mesh prefilter + cartridge filter. Metal prefilter can be washed. The cartridge filter can be cleaned easily with an airgun.
• Low noise level ≤ 72 dB(A).
• Two different course of extraction is possible: Downdraft or backdraft. So the operator gets always the best effective extraction required.
Welding Work Cells
• Welding work cells are specially designed to extract and filter fume, smoke and dust particles that are generated during manual welding of large ang complex parts which have numerous different welding points.
• Welding work cells extract and filter contaminated air without restricting welder’s movements and constant need of relocating local extraction hoods.
• With modular design, welding working cells adapt various extraction needs easily.
• Welding working cells do not require hoods or tubing.
• Welding working cells are ready to operate with filters, fan and automatic filter jet – pulse cleaning system (plug – and – play).
• The precoating unit feeds automatically VANGUARD precoating dust which protects filter elements and extends their lifetime, especially during welding of oily parts.
• % 99,9 separation degree acc. to EN 60335 – 2 – 69.
TM – Grinding Tables
• TM – tables are designed for operation done with manuel grinding motor.
• TM – grinding tables do not have filter elemens inside.
• The filter unit must be selected from GF – models, depending on the number of the grinding tables and their sizes.
• The grating enables the big dust particles to drop down into the dust drawer. Easy removal of dust.
• The effective back panel extraction avoids dust particles to bounce back to the operator during grinding.
Cutting Tables
• Designed for CNC plasma and OXY cutting operations.
• With modular concept, adaptation to any required dimensions.
• Segmented structure and fully sealed pneumatic controlled lid systems ensure effective extraction.
• Two loading capacity option : 750 – 1500 kg/m2.
• Easy – to – change big particles collecting buckets.
